PHALKE SMARAK
Dadasaheb Phalke memorial in the garden situated on the Nashik-Mumbai highway at the foot of the Pandavani caves. A beautiful and permanent tomb is constructed at his cremation and mausoleum place and called as Dadasaheb Phalke Smarak. It is a fine-looking memorial to the legendary film maker Dada Saheb Phalke on a large extent of land measuring about 29 acres. It includes a place for meditation, conference hall and an exhibition center displaying the works of late Dadasaheb Phalke. There is an attractive and fascinating musical fountain in this garden. The monument is well remembered by the legendary filmmaker Dadasaheb Phalke, about an acre of land. This is a popular retreat for residents and visitors.
